Ella Oulton
Production Assistant
Ella is our newest and niftiest addition, supporting the production team with a multitude of day-to-day tasks, from designing pitch decks to location scouting, from art buying to assisting on set and everything in between. She also looks after the CB social media channels.
She joins us fresh from studying for an MA at London College of Fashion, during which she gained valuable experience at a creative agency and post production house. This is her first full-time gig and we’re excited to kickstart her journey into the production world.
Outside work, she loves oil painting, going to fashion and photography exhibitions and travelling. She got bitten by a monkey in Cambodia recently but that hasn’t put her off! She’s also a huge fan of the NFL (The National Football League for those who don’t know), cooking and spending time with her little cockapoo, Willow.
My ideal creative environment is...in a library, surrounded by film books and magazines, with a large cup of coffee and liquid DnB blasting through my headphones. Weirdly, loud music helps me get in the zone!
I am happiest when...I'm surrounded by friends and family, and exploring new places
When I get creative block, I...print out hundreds of images from Pinterest and stick them all over my wall for visual inspiration.
Something you didn't know but should know about me...I love Nordic Noir films, TV Shows and books! Dark crime thrillers set in a Scandinavian landscape? Yes please!
My biggest failure...taught me to stop trying to be a perfectionist and not to take criticism as a negative but as a positive to help me improve
